This amazing loft is located in the recently transformed Pearl District in Portland, in an old brick and concrete building that was originally a warehouse and manufacturing facility and has been transformed by one of our favourite interior designers, Jessica Helgerson.
Basically, we love every single thing about this loft.
The colour palette of raw timber, with tan leather... dark earthy grey timber ceiling beams and the soft white walls creates a sense of contrast right from the get go. From the glazed brick tiles in the kitchen, to the custom made antique chinese door console table to the vintage Moroccan rug - it is all ... perfect.
Our favourite part of this loft apartment (and the thing that initially drew us to it) are the Vintage Eames DKW leather, steel, and wood chairs... TO . DIE . FOR .
Jessica Helgerson you are a genius.
It does look amazing! The thing that particularly grabbed my attention was the cabinets in the living room area. Love the wood stain finish and its overall design. Plu, it doubles for a good storage space for the home entertainment and other components. The shelves also make for a good divider, and the couch looks great!
