hanging on...
This is our latest furniture obsession!
the hanging or floating bed gives a whole new meaning to
'rocking yourself to sleep!'
the concept seems easy enough?
A ceiling, 4 ropes, timber slats and a mattress...
or maybe it's a bit more technical than we think? All we know for sure is that we would like a nice and sturdy ceiling to hang it off!

The one and only... Florence x
It would be shameful to have a blog about interiors
and not mention our absolute favourite inspiration in the textile industry...
Florence Broadhurst
We've studied and admired her work for so many years-
and it is safe to say that her prints never grow old
Their amazing line work, colour combinations and beautiful motifs
have survived through decades of fads in the textile world
Although she suffered a violent death
at age 76 in her Paddington studio, 1977
her design legacy lives on
and purchase her hand woven rugs -amazing- here
PS If anyone would like to buy me a gift:
I NEED the horses stampede rug in my house as soon as possible!
